With adults, I work best with people who are motivated to do the work — who are ready to dig in, get honest, and build the life they actually want. I bring a warm, direct approach; I'll meet you where you are, but I won't just sit and nod. We'll have real conversations and build a real plan.

With children, I love using play as a doorway into feelings that are often too big for words. Play lets kids show me what they're carrying, and it lets me help them make sense of it in a way that feels safe and natural, not clinical.
